Hi Perry,
I think its because we’ve had about 20 people purchase access to the video in the last several hours, it might just be server lag. I am going to make a few tweaks on my video hosting account and see if that can speed things up. If that doesn’t fix it I’ll probably just put a download link for the videos.

Okay Things Seem To Be Balancing Out. Each Time I test the videos they run perfectly. We did have a small glitch early on with amazon cloudfront not playing nice with our video player. But that was resolved quickly
I really just think its internet gremlins and way too many people trying to watch the vids at the same time. I may have to buy more available bandwidth for the site if we intend to keep offering access to our advanced courses and workshops.

I have attempted to view the demo a least twice now. The video keep stating and stopping. This makes it very difficult to view and I haven’t been able to remaing viewing.

Hey Ogata,
I don’t recomend trying to watch the videos on the site. We have so many people trying to watch them at the same time that the server gets really slow. I recommend you use the download links included with your purchase and download them directly to your harddrive so you can watch them un-interrupted. You will need to unzip the files because they are compressed so be sure to have some kind of program like winzip or win rar handy.

David I really like the information you are sharing but it would be great if I could listen to the whole program. The videos freeze up #1 at the 11 minute mark #2 at the 18 minute mark [that is as far as I’ve got and I have no reason to expect any better results with the rest of the program]. I have tried listening on your website as well as on the downloads and either way I had terrible results. I am very disappointed and as a first time purchaser I would not trust any of your other products and really doubt i will ever buy anything else fom you again. I find this very disappointing because you really seem to know your stuff and I would love to hear what you have to say but I think it’s a waste of money and very frustrating to only recieve a glimpse of the information.
